What do you enjoy most about working with trees?

Cultivating relationships with plant communities is one of my favorite things. Every plant has a personality. In order to correctly diagnose an issue and allow a plant to flourish you must learn everything you can about them.

How do you enjoy your time outside of work?

I am in love with foraging plant materials to weave baskets. I originally taught myself and have been doing this for several years now, both as a student and as an educator. A couple of my other hobbies include natural dying, sewing, baking, and taking care of my rabbit and cat.
